Connect

Relationships · Collaboration · Growing Ownership

What & Why

The Connect pathway supports pupils who are ready to learn with others. At this stage, relationships become the bridge to learning — and learning happens because those relationships feel genuinely safe.

Our Approach

Adults remain close but are not controlling. Collaboration and communication are actively taught and modelled. Pupils are encouraged to take greater ownership of their learning as confidence and connection deepen together.

Timetable Focus

  • Group-based learning at the heart of the day
  • Broader curriculum breadth and variety
  • Increased responsibility and participation
  • Support present — but pupil agency grows
