Ignite

Independence · Aspiration · Next Steps

What & Why

The Ignite pathway prepares pupils for transition to their next stage — whether that is reintegration, further education or adulthood pathways. The environment mirrors where pupils are going, not where they have come from.

Our Approach

Pupils are supported to manage routines, relationships and learning demands with increasing autonomy. Shared responsibility and high expectations reflect the next settings — so that no young person steps out unprepared, and every family steps forward with confidence.

Timetable Focus

  • Independence and self-management at the forefront
  • Sustained, extended learning opportunities
  • Active preparation for next steps
  • Managing relationships and routines with autonomy
