Throughout the programme, pupils have explored their personal stressors, identified trusted support networks, and developed strategies for managing times of emotional crisis and difficulty.
At our school, we are committed to helping young people become more independent in understanding and managing their own wellbeing and mental health 💙
We are incredibly proud of the maturity, honesty and resilience shown by everyone involved. 🌟
